Founder & Chief ArchitectAve leads BloomLab’s technical implementation and learning design. She brings together technology, learning, and business automation. For the past five years, she has been deep in AI implementation and intelligent systems – leading enterprise teams, building custom web platforms, AI-powered applications, intelligent automation systems, and creating solutions clients need to deliver real results.
Her work in learning and development spans custom e-learning modules, digital content transformation, instructional design, and strategic learning consulting. She has built engaging training that works across devices, transformed legacy content into modern digital learning, and helped organizations create learning infrastructure that scales.
Her background spans technology, operations, and strategic consulting across multiple industries. She combines deep technical expertise with a practical, human-centered approach.

Business Development DirectorRemi brings extensive international experience from the oil & gas industry in the United States and deep market knowledge across both European and African business landscapes. As an investor specializing in the financial sector, he understands both the strategic and practical sides of business transformation.
